Steelmaking is performed by using the EBT+LF/VD process. Molding is realized through secondary forging with the oil press or precision forging machine. Ultrasonic flaw detection follows JB/T1581-96 standards. After primary machining of the pipe mold (casing boring), quenched-tempered heat treatment and destressing treatment are performed. Finish machining is performed by using the CNC lathe to meet the product quality requirements.

Product Details

The pipe mold is produced according to GB/T25715-2010 Sphere Nodular Cast Pipe Mold Finish Machining Project or the technical agreement between both parties. The Company can produce T-type water-cooling metal pipe mold made of 15Cr2Mo, 21CrMo10 or 30CrMo; S-type, N-type and K-type hot pipe molds. The product’s nominal diameter is DN80-1,200 mm, and its length is 3-6 m. The Company can produce 1,800 pieces of various specifications of sphere nodular cast pipe molds every year.
